The National Restaurant Association needed a complete, high-volume production engine for their flagship national culinary competition. Beyond executing multi-camera live streams of the opening and closing ceremonies, Rescue Media deployed three synchronized micro-crews to maximize coverage without inflating budget or physical footprint. We engineered a rapid-turnaround workflow delivering same-day recap films for morning digital deployment, a full event recap played live at the closing ceremony, winning spotlights within 48 hours, and 20+ campaign testimonials. Through strategic upfront planning, we also produced three additional post-event deliverables, including sponsor sizzles and direct address messaging from the CEO and CMO, maximizing total campaign ROI from a single production footprint.
